It's about opening our doors and inviting you to discover the people, purpose and community behind Royal Canadian Legion Branch 187.

Maybe you've driven past our Branch a hundred times but have never walked through the doors.

Maybe you're a Legion member from another branch but have never visited Branch 187.

Maybe you think you need to be a Veteran to belong.

Maybe you used to visit and haven't been back in a while.

Or maybe you're already part of our Legion family.

Legion Week is for all of you.

From September 20–26, we're inviting our community, members from other branches and longtime Legion supporters to come in, take part, meet some people, have some fun and learn a little more about what your local Legion is all about.

And yes — there will be passports. There will be prizes. And there will be plenty happening throughout the week. We'll tell you all about that soon.

But first, we wanted you to know why we're doing it. Because this is more than a building. More than a bar. More than a membership card.

It's Veterans. It's remembrance. It's community. It's your Legion.

Fun-forecast

Cornhole

Mon. Sept. 21 7:00 PM

Come out during Legion Week for a fun pre-season warm-up. Give cornhole a try, sharpen your toss, meet some fellow players, and get into the swing of things before our regular Monday night events begin on October 3.

New players are absolutely welcome — no experience needed!

Come toss some bags, have some laughs, and see what Cornhole at Branch 187 is all about!

Prog. Euchre

Tues. Sept. 22 - 1-4 PM

Shuffle up and test your card skills across multiple tables. Fast-paced and social, progressive euchre pairs you up with new partners throughout the game as you battle for high score.

Bring your game face, claim your lone hands, and see who takes the top table.

Mixed 8Ball

Wed. Sept. 23 6:30 PM

Chalk your cue for a classic evening on the tables. Our mixed 8-ball event welcomes all players for balanced, bracket-style match play. Enjoy great shots, tough defense, and an easygoing atmosphere from the break to the final 8-ball sink.

Mixed Darts

Thur. Sept. 24

Step up to the line for a great evening of darts. Chase those high checkouts in a friendly, non-competitive environment. Whether you're hunting 180s or just out for a fun throw, grab your flights and join us at the boards.

Karaoke

Fri. Sept. 25

From classic rock anthems to country crowd-pleasers, it’s your time to shine on stage. Warm up your vocal cords, cheer on your friends, and hit the dance floor for an energetic night out. Great tunes, cold drinks, and no stage fright required.

Meat Draw

Sat. Sept. 26

Fill your freezer and support your community! Drop by for multiple rounds of fresh meat packages, plus your chance to cash in on the 50/50 draw. Grab your tickets, settle in with friends, and find out if tonight’s dinner is on the Legion.
